The largest event location in the North and one of the five largest theatres in the whole of the Netherlands: Martiniplaza. With its convenient location close to the southern ring road, but also a 15-minute walk from the main train station, this venue offers numerous possibilities.
Theatre
As one of the largest theatres in the country, it makes sense that performances at Martiniplaza would be grand. It is therefore also the ideal place for big musical productions and dance shows. For example, you can see Mamma Mia! and Les Miserables there, but it also hosts the largest Swan Lake in the world. On ice shows, such as Holiday on Ice, are annual events within the theatre. But theatre seats are also often exchanged for standing places at major concerts and festivals.
