In spring, the giant fields of rape color the landscape yellow. Fishing is possible at a distance of 300 meters from the house. Experience Winschoten, a pleasant shopping center (5 km) and visit the special hanging kitchens in the authentic town Appingedam (30 km). The sauna Thermen Bad Nieuweschans (12 km) is very popular with German guests. Other beautiful excursions of this vacation rental in Groningen are the Museum Landgoed Fraeylemaborg (23 km), the picturesque fortress Bourtange (28 km) and of course the city of Groningen (40 km). Just over the border in Germany you will find the picturesque town of Leer (40 km) and the beautiful seaside town of Emden (60 km).
