Now, 100 years later, things are very different: ‘t Schathoes is no longer an outbuilding, but a family-friendly restaurant where you’ll be happy to pull up a chair. In the kitchen, flavour and simplicity, using local ingredients, take centre stage. And with a bit of luck, you’ll find a spot on the terrace overlooking the Menkemaborg.

Herberg in de Valk | Middelstum
