THE HEART OF GRAANSILO
Whether you want to celebrate your birthday, have a Friday afternoon drink or give a workshop: the beer vault is perfect for renting. This atmospheric bar is located in the basement of the grain silo, and is the place where the recipes for our grain silo beers are developed and stored. The beer vault regularly hosts Graansilo Tastings, workshops, and many other events.

HOW IT STARTED
About 130 years ago, the iconic Graansilo was used to store barley, wheat and other grains. It is therefore no coincidence that we - together with friends - started developing our first beer here. In 2018 it finally happened. We develop our first beer and name it after where it all started: Graansilo Beer was a fact.
Besides love for beer, we have a huge passion for good food. That is why we completely renovated the graansilo in 2021, so that you can now enjoy delicious flavors, a relaxed atmosphere, and the beautiful views over the Winschoterdiep.
