At The Smooth Brothers we also work with this philosophy. Just like with Jazz, we enjoy the organised chaos. Together with our team we form this band of performers. We do not have a hierarchical structure, but everyone is at the same level as every- one else within The Smooth Brothers. Everyone is a supplement to the whole and together we take our service to a higher level. This is done through continuous feedback, among other things. We give each other room for improvisation so that everyone can take their moment to impress the guest.
Everything revolves around the experience of the guests. Our guests are central: “It is the team’s mission to impress our guests as well as each other to create a moment of pure joy.”
