Meet Cor Klevering, owner and chef at Bistro Refter. He began his culinary adventure in the Hogeland in the 1990s. After a spell in Groningen and Assen, Cor opened Bistro Refter three years ago. It’s a small bistro on the village square with an open kitchen where Cor prepares all sorts of delicious dishes.
Classic French cuisine in Winsum
